i found the location convenient. breakfast was good with several options available. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist, it was really useful. there was also a coffee machine with many capsules in my room.

the stairs were quite steep. this could be challenging for travelers with large suitcases or mobility issues.

the family room lake view had modern interior. it featured comfortable beds and a spacious layout suitable for families. two large windows provided nice views of the lake, it was very romantic.

the location was excellent (very central). i found the staff helpful and friendly. i appreciated the nespresso machine both in my room and available during breakfast. breakfast included delicious croissants.
